THE RETURN TO YOURSELF

A SIX WEEK COACHING COHORT WITH PAULETTE BOONE

Somewhere Along the Way, You Stopped Feeling Like Yourself.

You may still be showing up, making decisions, and doing what life requires. But underneath it all, something feels unsettled. You question what you feel. You struggle to name what you need. And when you try to imagine what comes next, you aren’t sure where your own voice fits anymore.

The Return to Yourself is a six week coaching cohort where we make room to understand what has shaped you, reconnect with who you are, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and faith. You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out. We begin where you are.

Self-Reflection

You Know Something Needs to Change. You Just Aren’t Sure Where to Begin.

This journey gives us room to notice those places with honesty and compassion. You don’t need to prove that your story was difficult enough. What you are experiencing now is worth understanding.

Maybe you have learned to question your first response, soften what you mean, or dismiss a feeling before you have even listened to it. Perhaps you love God and still struggle to believe that your needs, your voice, and your future deserve attention.

Sometimes losing connection with yourself happens so gradually that you don’t recognize it until someone asks what you want, and you don’t know how to answer. You can explain what happened. You can describe why you made certain choices. But understanding what those experiences left inside you is harder.

A Place to Be Honest About Where You Are

There is something meaningful about being able to say, “This is where I’m struggling,” without immediately having to explain it away.

In this cohort, I will guide our conversations and reflections as we explore identity, your own voice, boundaries, faith, and the choices ahead of you. We will make space for questions that don’t always have quick answers and for practical steps you can carry into everyday life.

You will be alongside other women who are also learning to understand themselves more clearly. Your stories may be different, but there can be connection in recognizing a feeling you thought you were carrying alone.

You can participate without sharing every detail of your past. Some things may be spoken in the group. Others may stay in your journal, your prayers, or your own quiet reflection.

WEEK 03

Recognizing Where You Are

Hearing Your Own Voice

Understanding What You Carry

Before deciding what needs to change, we begin by noticing what is true today. Explore what feels heavy, what feels disconnected, and what you hope to understand more clearly about yourself.

Notice the beliefs and expectations that influence your choices. Begin distinguishing what you actually feel and value from what you have learned to say, accept, or silence.

Explore how difficult experiences may still shape your reactions, relationships, and view of yourself. Make room for compassion as you recognize patterns you want to change.

WEEK 06

Rebuilding Trust in Yourself

Making Room for Who You Are Becoming

Taking Your Next Steps

Practice acknowledging your feelings, recognizing your needs, and making decisions with greater confidence. Explore boundaries as a way to honor your values and limits.

Reconnect with the interests, values, and hopes that matter to you now. Reflect on your identity through faith and consider what you want to carry into your next season.

Gather what you have learned and create a realistic plan for moving forward. Identify practices, support, and small commitments that can help you stay connected to yourself beyond the cohort.

DAILY ANCHOR

Keep Listening to Yourself Between Sessions

Sometimes the words come after the conversation ends. You notice a familiar reaction during your day, remember something you want to explore, or recognize a need you have been overlooking.

The Pivot Within gives you a place to return to those moments through daily reflection prompts, faith based encouragement, and a personal journal. Use it to put words to what you are noticing and revisit your reflections as you move through the cohort.

There is no required length and no perfect way to write. Begin with what is honest.

The app is also available independently. You do not need to join coaching to use it.

COHORT FACILITATOR

Hi, I'm Paulette

I know there can be a distance between being able to talk about what happened and understanding how it changed the way you see yourself.

My own journey has taught me that moving forward often begins with an honest conversation. Sometimes that conversation is with God. Sometimes it is with someone who helps you recognize what you have struggled to name. And sometimes it begins by finally listening to yourself.

I’m Paulette Boone, an author and John Maxwell Certified Life Coach. Through Pivot with Paulette, I bring faith, thoughtful questions, and practical reflection into conversations about identity and personal growth.

My role in this cohort is to help you explore what matters, recognize where you feel stuck, and consider your next steps. You bring your story, your questions, and your willingness to begin.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the four week Self Paced Journey?

The four week journey is designed for you to work through independently, at your own pace. The six week cohort brings us together for live coaching, conversation, and shared reflection. You will have opportunities to ask questions, explore what you are noticing, and receive guidance from me along the way.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. You may know that something feels disconnected without knowing how to explain it yet. You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or a perfectly organized story. We begin with what you are noticing and make room to understand it more fully.

Will I have to share personal details with the group?

How does faith fit into the experience?

How does The Pivot Within app support the experience?

You choose what you share. You can participate in our reflections and conversations without telling every part of your story. Some discoveries may become part of a group conversation. Others may remain in your journal or your prayers. There is no pressure to disclose more than you feel comfortable sharing.

Christian faith is woven into how I guide this journey. We will make room for prayer and reflection on identity, grace, and purpose. You can bring your questions, doubts, and struggles. You do not have to arrive feeling spiritually strong or certain about everything.

The Pivot Within offers daily reflection prompts, faith based encouragement, and a personal journal. It gives you a place to explore what comes up between sessions and return to thoughts you want to understand more clearly.

Make Room for the Woman You’re Becoming

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Bring the questions you have, the feelings you struggle to name, and the hope that something can change. Over these six weeks, we will make room to hear your own voice more clearly and practice moving forward with faith and greater trust in yourself.
