Not at all. My personal faith shapes who I am, but I always meet you exactly where you are. If you would like faith to be part of our coaching conversations, I welcome that. If you prefer to focus on personal growth without faith as the center, you will still have a safe, supportive space.
Q: Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?
Coaching and counseling are different but both valuable. Counseling often focuses on healing past trauma or mental health concerns, while coaching is forward-focused and helps you gain clarity, confidence, and purpose in the present. If I feel you would be better served by therapy, I will always encourage that step, but many women benefit from having both.
